Korea economy has changed several times in economic scope and constitution through high economic growth so far.
Particularly the occurrence of labor-management disputes in the medium-firms has incresased by 16.6% which is 23.4% more than for the entire large firms.
Thereby the management of the big and the medium firms increasingly tends to operate for automation of the production process.
This thesis is to explore the means to obtain such manpower for firms.
The followings are the plans to train and secure the man power needed for the automation of medium firms:
Hiring of new technical manpower for automation.
Reviewed of existing manpower by technical manpower.
Government support programs for the firms.
Firstly before mentioned hiring of new hands for the automatic requires programs for public relations to protect the medium firms and their manpower needs particularly for the operation and the maintenance of automation process.
Secondly for the re-education of existing manpower, it is necessary to review to the educational training plans, increase the investment for the proper educational facilities, periodic execution of transfer programs for the technical power.
Thirdly, it is necessary to have an extended program of government support system, improvement of educational organization and furnishment of employment for the high grade technical manpower.
For the improvement of these manpower programs, not for the big enterpirse but also for the medium firms, the medium firms promote investment plans to secure technical manpower and train them.
The suggested programs for the training and provisions of technical manpower for automation should be promoted under the joint effort of the industry, education government institution.
